Our Leather

Vegetable Tanned Leather

We source our full-grain leather from the most renowned tanneries across the country. Their unique tanning process involves using natural vegetable tannins to modify the hide's protein structure, transforming it into leather of exceptional quality. Rather than synthetic chemicals, they use tannins derived from wood, leaves, roots, and tree bark, resulting in leather that is not only durable and strong but also sustainable. This process may take longer than traditional chrome tanning, but the end result is leather that develops a beautiful patina over time, becoming even more special with use and age.

American Wild Alligator Leather

We take pride in using only sustainably harvested wild American Alligator in our products. This animal is protected by rigorous federal and state regulations and monitoring programs that ensure its population is kept in check. Less than 1% of the population is harvested annually, helping maintain the balance of the alligator ecosystem while supporting the southern states' economy. Our commitment to responsible sourcing ensures that you can enjoy our products with the knowledge that they are ethically and environmentally sound.
