Creative Studio & Workshop Space
Workshops in design and thoughtful making. Explore materials, learn timeless techniques, and create meaningful objects by hand.
Inside the Studio
Located in a restored 19th-century boat workshop, the studio is a calm, light-filled space designed for learning, creating, and working by hand. Workshops here are small, personal, and rooted in thoughtful, hands-on design.
Our Approach
A Space for Design & Slow Making
At Basäder Studio, we focus on design, skill-building, and hands-on learning. Rooted in Scandinavian simplicity, our workshops guide you step-by-step through timeless techniques, helping you create something real, lasting, and meaningful, at a calm, steady pace.
A New Direction
A Continuation, Not a Departure
For 13 years, Basäder expressed itself through handcrafted leather goods, creating quiet pieces made slowly and with intention. That story isn’t ending. It’s evolving.
The studio is now open for those who wish to learn the art behind the work: the techniques, the materials, the design philosophy, and the satisfaction of making something lasting with your own hands.
The hands are the same. The values are the same. The expression is simply expanding.
